A tour featuring Metric and July Talk was recently announced and confirmed. Entitled the Art Of Doubt Tour 2019, it will unfold throughout various venues in Canada in the final weeks of April and the first few days of May. The combination of two brilliant bands is a wonderful idea, and tickets are going to be very popular. They are available to the general public and all fans interested in securing Metric and July Talk 2019 Tour Tickets now.
Metric is an amazing band founded in Toronto in 1998. The simple breakdown is three men and one woman, and the more complex explanation is that they have been taking the indie rock and alternative rock world by storm in the last several years. With steadily addictive songs such as Breathing Underwater, they take fans on a great journey during live shows. Fans are always anxious to seize the opportunity to see them perform live. Metric has won a total of nine distinctive awards as a result of their impressive work on a total of seven studio albums, the most recent of which came just a few months ago. They continue to establish their reputation as one of the most impactful Canadian indie rock bands of all time.
Their aforementioned song Breathing Underwater has approximately 3,000,000 views on YouTube as of press time. Help I’m Alive has over 7 million. Both figures are likely to increase in the upcoming months as the band traipses across territories that will lead to tens of thousands of fans spreading the word about their greatness.
July Talk was also spawned in Toronto, but much more recently. The indie/alternative rock band matches up in the genres and will serve as a perfect opening act. They began their path in 2012, and have released albums underneath the Island US label and the Universal UK label. They also have a knack for putting on special and memorable live shows. Such is a good plan for bands in an era where performing live is the primary way to generate the revenue that they deserve.
July Talk performed as an opening act for everyone from Billy Talent to Weezer and Tegan and Sarah between 2013 and 2014. Since they won an off-the-grid award for album of the year, they have been on tour with Alabama Shakes, Spoon and wait for it… Red Hot Chili Peppers. The group has championed noble causes, creating the July Talk Votes campaign in 2015 while trying to rally young Canadian voters who might have otherwise been left out of the democratic process. It received a noticeable reaction online, most noticeably on Twitter.
